If you have a goal and work hard to achieve it, anything is possible.

I am a 5th Dan Black Belt and have been practicing Martial Arts for 31 years with experience in both Shorin-Ryu Shobu-Kan and Tae Kwon Do karate. In the past, I competed twice internationally on the United States World Karate Team. I have trained with National and World Champions and studied boxing with a Golden Gloves Champion.

I have an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Boston University. I currently work at the South Shore YMCA as an Instructor teaching both children and adults; and teach karate classes for special needs at Learning Center for Martial Arts in Canton; Cotting School in Lexington and South Shore Support Services in Weymouth. I also volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I have a basic knowledge of American Sign Language.

This has been a long-time interest for me and is now an integral part of my life. I sincerely enjoy working with students to help them achieve goals for their personal and professional lives.
